From low-volume trial prints to large-scale, multi-roll production, our in-house capabilities and expert team ensure consistent results, fast turnaround, and complete control — every step of the way.
At Mereton, we print across a broad range of base fabrics, from breathable natural fibres to high-performance polyesters, so your design isn’t limited by material.
Whether you're creating lightweight fashion pieces, heavy-duty upholstery, or interior textiles that need to meet commercial standards, we have a base fabric to suit. And because we print everything in-house, you can expect precise colour control, tested durability, and short lead times — every time.
All of our printing is done in-house using water-based inks, with no chemical runoff and no excess ink waste.
Because we print to order, we only produce what’s needed — eliminating overproduction and unnecessary fabric waste. We recycle all of our production and office paper, and use recycled plastic to package our fabrics.
Our team is continually researching and introducing new recycled fabric options to help reduce the environmental impact of polyester.
We never use harsh chemicals (or any substances harmful to the environment) at any stage of our process. Every decision is made with care, intention, and the planet in mind.
From small sample swatches (30x30cm) all the way up to large wall murals and long fabric runs.
We can produce small runs of 5m, all the way through to thousands of metres should you need it.
All print orders are shipped as rolls. The fabric is tightly wound onto a sturdy core, and covered in recycled plastic to protect it during transit.
We use several different courier companies, depending on your location within Australia. These companies include Couriers Please, Allied Express, Australia Post or TNT.
Absolutely. We offer samples on the exact fabric and machine used for production, ideal for colour-critical or first-time orders.
We do not offer fabric printing on nylons or their blends, as due to it's low melting point nylon is not able to be run through any of our machines.
