Capacity you can rely on

Mereton operates a diverse suite of state-of-the-art print machines, giving us the flexibility and resilience to keep production moving at all times.

By investing in multiple advanced systems rather than relying on a single production line, we’re able to minimise downtime, manage high volumes with ease, and adapt quickly to different project requirements. The result is consistent quality, reliable turnaround times, and the confidence that your work is never held up by a single point of failure.

Eco-conscious, no waste

All of our printing is done in-house using water-based inks, with no chemical runoff and no excess ink waste.

Because we print to order, we only produce what’s needed — eliminating overproduction and unnecessary fabric waste. We recycle all of our production and office paper, and use recycled plastic to package our fabrics.

Our team is continually researching and introducing new recycled fabric options to help reduce the environmental impact of polyester.

We never use harsh chemicals (or any substances harmful to the environment) at any stage of our process. Every decision is made with care, intention, and the planet in mind.

Wholesale and trade customers

We work with designers, retailers, specifiers, and companies all across Australia to supply printed fabrics at scale. If you're ordering regularly or in volume, ask us about wholesale pricing and access to our dedicated online ordering platform — built to make reordering fast and stress-free.
"Having worked with Fabian and the team over the past year, I've been consistently impressed with the quality of their products and ability to deliver under challenging deadlines. Our clients have very high standard and Mereton never misses the mark. They are our go-to for cusstom printed fabric and I'm looking forward to partnering with them on more exciting projects in the years to come."

FAQs

How small or large can you print?

From small sample swatches (30x30cm) all the way up to large wall murals and long fabric runs.

We can produce small runs of 5m, all the way through to thousands of metres should you need it.

How do you ship large prints and long rolls?

All print orders are shipped as rolls. The fabric is tightly wound onto a sturdy core, and covered in recycled plastic to protect it during transit.

We use several different courier companies, depending on your location within Australia. These companies include Couriers Please, Allied Express, Australia Post or TNT.

Can I get a sample before a big job?

Absolutely. We offer samples on the exact fabric and machine used for production, ideal for colour-critical or first-time orders.

Are there any fabrics you don't print on?

We do not offer fabric printing on nylons or their blends, as due to it's low melting point nylon is not able to be run through any of our machines.
